Gooday is operated by 5F Legacy Companies LLC, doing business as Gooday, Jacksonville, Florida ("we," "us"). These terms apply to your use of Gooday and this website.

Using Gooday

Gooday is a tool to help you build a morning routine. Use it in a way that's safe for you, and check with a professional before starting any new exercise.

The waitlist and founder offer

Joining the waitlist is free. The founder lifetime price is offered to waitlist members only and is limited to the first founder spots. Details will be confirmed at launch.

Purchases

Gooday doesn't currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any prices or offers shown on this website describe planned future options, not purchases currently available in the app. We'll update these terms before introducing purchases or subscriptions.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Gooday reliable, but the app is provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
